MESSAGE FROM MIKE KANDRA:

Thank you for taking the time to read about what Edgewood Homes has to offer to any person or family looking to build a new home. In 2003, I opened this company with the unique approach for each home that is built, giving homeowners an unmatched value with individualized attention.  From the first week after graduating college and being full time in the building industry with my father we were standing in the kitchen talking, when I asked my father "Can't we move this bathroom over around the corner to make the kitchen more open so we can make the entire space more expansive with a better flow?"  I've always enjoyed architectural design and how simple sheets of paper becomes a house then a home.  I consistently keep Edgewood Homes up to date on the latest design trends and features in an ever changing housing market.  I appreciate how people trust in us to make their individual dreams become true.

EDGEWOOD HOMES' MISSON:

Building a custom home shouldn't mean spending money without a vision of how much the entire house will cost. With every item spelled out before construction begins, the only things left to do are making selections of finishes in order to create your own masterpiece. With the assistance of a professional who is guiding you every step of the way, the process will remain on schedule and the up front budget will be spelled out. If you would like to add an upgrade during the construction process, that would not be a problem at all. We have built in many of the south suburbs of Cleveland including: Brecksville, Broadview Heights, Hinckley, Medina, Richfield, Olmsted Falls, North Royalton and Strongsville. House prices ranging from $400,000s to over $1,000,000.  Each home is built as if we were going to live in it for years to come.
